Each member starts with a kickstart session. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals and health history.
Our membership pricing varies for each person. We will digest your information from your kickstart sessions and prescribe a recommended training frequency and schedule for you!
Our gym is a training only fitness center. Therefore, the only time members have access is when they are scheduled for their training sessions.
Monday-Thursday 6AM -12PM and 4PM - 8PM
Friday 6AM -12PM and 3PM - 6PM
Saturday 8AM - 12PM
We modify each exercise to the members ability level. While one person may be squatting with weight, another member could be sitting in and out of a chair for their squat that day.
Each session will have a max of six people. We believe that keeping the sessions small ensures a personalized training experience. This also reduces the overall cost in comparison to individual training sessions.
