Our business is appointment only. Our training sessions run from early morning starting at 6AM and run through late evening ending around 7PM. We are also open on Saturdays.

We offer functional strength and conditioning workouts. Functional training includes exercises that help you during your activities of daily living (hiking, playing with kids/grandkids, gardening, working). The strength portiont is to combat natural muscle loss and boost metabloism. Each workout will have a conditioning component to get the blood flowing improving cardiorespiratory systems (heart and lungs) and burning calories!

Don’t worry… most people have some sort of injury they are working around. Whether that is achy knees from arthritis or an old spinal fusion from years ago… we can modify your workouts for you so you drive results safely and pain free.

Our members range from ‘new to the gym’ to ‘avid gym goer’. Each individuals routine will be regressed or progressed based on their ability level. We start everyone off light on their first week or two. We need to learn the basics and see how your body responds before progressing things too quickly (which could result in injury). Our job is to keep you safe.

Yes! Nutrition is a major part of your fitness journey. We work closely with a dietician that will help you learn how to fuel your body with quality foods.

Each session will have a max of six people. We believe that keeping the sessions small ensures a personalized training experience while keeping the cost affordable.
